North Tampa Collectibles, LLC, doing business as NT Collects ("NT Collects," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the online store at ntcollects.com. North Tampa Collectibles, LLC is the legal business entity; NT Collects is the trade name used for our customer-facing brand. northtampacollectibles.com is our full-name domain, and ntcollects.com is our shorter brand domain. Both domains identify the same business.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. Available payment methods may vary based on your device, order, location, and checkout eligibility. The payment methods available for your order will be shown during Shopify checkout.
Payment Authorization and Order Acceptance
When you submit an order, your selected payment method may be authorized. We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted. An authorization or order confirmation does not guarantee that an order will be fulfilled if payment cannot be completed or if an item is unavailable. If a payment is declined, cannot be verified, or an order must be canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.
Prices, Taxes, Shipping, and Total Cost
Product prices are displayed in the online store. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you submit your order. We ship only within the United States. Because we do not offer international shipping, international customs or import duties do not apply to orders placed through our online store.
Payment Security
Payment details entered during checkout are processed by Shopify and the applicable payment providers. NT Collects does not ask customers to send full card numbers, security codes, or online banking credentials by email, text message, or voicemail. Please do not send sensitive payment information through those channels.
Refunds and Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and approved, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.
