About NT Collects
NT Collects is the customer-facing brand of North Tampa Collectibles, LLC. We operate the online store at ntcollects.com and serve collectors throughout the United States. northtampacollectibles.com is our full-name domain; both domains identify the same business.
What we sell
We sell Pokémon Trading Card Game products and related collectibles, including sealed Elite Trainer Boxes, booster boxes, collection boxes, packs, tins, graded cards, raw cards, and other collectible items. Each listing provides the product name, price, availability, and applicable product details. Some listings use stock product images; contact us if you need additional photos before purchasing.
Orders and shipping
Orders are placed through our secure Shopify checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is calculated at checkout for orders of $199.99 or less. Orders over $199.99 qualify for free shipping. We aim to ship orders within 24 hours.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery for products that are unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all original contents. Factory-sealed products must remain factory sealed. Eligible change-of-mind or buyer's-remorse returns are accepted under these conditions. Items that have been opened, used, altered, customized, or returned without their original contents are not eligible for a general return.
For an approved general return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we shipped the wrong product or the item arrived damaged in transit, contact us at shop@ntcollects.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item received, shipping container, and shipping label. If approved, NT Collects provides and pays for the return label. We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and approved, generally within 10 business days. We do not offer exchanges or store credit.
